Sans hésitation pour le confort + Personnel au top tous sans exception Petit déjeuner super Hôtel dispose d’un sauna et hammam et salle de sport 24/24 Si vous privilégiez le confort par rapport à la localisation alors c est le top − Carrelage autour de la piscine n est pas anti dérapant !! Pas de produit pour nettoyer les appareils à la salle de sport après utilisation.

شكرا بوكينق لأختيارك فندق ڤوكو مكان جميل بكل التفاصيل من مرافق إلى جميع الموظفين كل شي حرفياً جميل شكرا لكم من القلب + الاهتمام النظافه الموظفين المرافق الاطاله المسبح كانت جميعها رائعه جداً يكفي اروح جده عشان اسكن هذا الفندق وتكون اقامتي فيه إلى ان أغادر جده − يجب الاهتما م فقط بسرعه تسجيل الخروج من الفندق وأخذ الأمتعه

It was fine + Location and the quiet − Room service deliveries are not allowed to be brought directly to the guest’s room. Also, receiving a daily call asking about my stay feels unnecessary; I believe one call during the stay would be more than enough. The bathroom was extremely hot and poorly ventilated. I believe that if there is an issue with the ventilation system, the room should not be rented to guests until the problem has been fully resolved.

تجربه جيده لحد ما ولكن الفندق بدا يفقد السيطره تدريجيآ على بعض الخدمات والنقاط + عجبني المرافق مع انه تنقصه بعض الخدمات ولكنه تجربه مميزه وانصح به لحد ما − لم يعجبني وجود بعض التجهيزات بدون فايده مثل غرفه مساج ولا يوجد من يخدم بها وأيضا المسبح يغلق في 6 مساء وهذا ليس جيدآ ابدا مع انني زرت الموقع من فتره ووعدوني يأخذون برائي ولكن لم يحدث ذلك وايضا البوفيه ابدا ابدا لم يعجبني وغالي جدا ولا يستحقه بالحقيقة وايضا حصل لي موقف ومقلت من غرفه لغرفه اخرى ونسيت جهاز ايباد وافكرته وانا خارج الفندق وكنت احاول الوصول للإستقبال لأكثر من ساعه ونصف وفي كل مره اتصل يتم تحويل المكاله للحجوزات هم الوحيدين الي يردون ولا يستطيعون إفادتي واقترح يكون فيه جوال بالاستقبل خارج عن التلفون الارضي لطورائ واتمنى مراجعه الاسعار لانه بالشكل ذا اسعاره مو مناسبه على مستوى الإقامة
