+ Great staff who were super helpful and friendly. Only disappointment was the business center where the printer wasn't working for my stay and seemed like it wasn't going to have printer cartridge replaced any time soon.

Good hotel close to industrial zone. + Good, very clean hotel with restaurant, perfect for business right in the industrial zone. Ticks all the boxes for business trip. Particularly enjoyed room service after hard days work. Special mention/thanks to Mudassar working in the lobby, he was very helpful when I was let down by my booking.com taxi, I got to the airport safe and sound with his help.

Great Stay, But Missing Dexter's Warm Service + During my recent stay at the hotel, I was looking for a Filipino waiter named Dexter who had always provided excellent service with a warm smile. I was saddened to hear from one of his colleagues that he is no longer connected with the hotel. I truly hope he returns someday—he was one of the reasons my previous visits were so memorable. His genuine hospitality made a lasting impression.

Great Hotel with convenient location + Excellent hotel in Riyadh Industrial Area. Location very convenient if you are visiting local companies. Very clean and quiet property with mainly business visitors. Rooms are very spacious - comfortable with all amenities and in immaculate condition. All staff at the hotel reception - restaurant - house keeping very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast spread is very good with lot of options to choose from. Food quality is excellent. I arrived early due to morning flight and they gave me early check in immediately. Chef Narayan at the restaurant was very good and prepared dish for dinner with special dietary requirements. Was delicious. Overall, nice property approx 40 min from Riyadh airport. Great for business travellers.

+ I had a great experience at this hotel. The place felt very safe, and the facilities were excellent—there’s a nice swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and the room itself was comfortable, with a large shower and a very cozy bed. The only thing to keep in mind is that the nearest supermarket or restaurant is about a 10-minute walk away, which can be a bit challenging in the heat, especially since the streets aren’t very pedestrian-friendly. However, overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and quality amenities.

Third Visit Made Special Thanks to Chief Anas + This is my third visit to this hotel, and once again I found it to be an excellent choice for anyone with business or dealings in the industrial city. It has the best location, very comfortable rooms, and a truly friendly staff that always makes you feel at home and for the first time I had the pleasure of meeting Chief Anas. He is incredibly friendly, passionate, and devoted to making every guest feel welcome,when I mentioned that I was staying for almost a week and would love to try something different and healthy, he immediately offered to prepare special pancakes for me and he did it with such care and attention. His excellent service and hospitality truly elevate the hotel, turning it from a pure business stay into a luxurious experience....ask about him.
