Will choose again + Staff is very professional and cooperative.price wise very economical But it’s a great hotel. Family Hotel and we stayed here many times earlier also.Restaurants and Supermarkets just on walking distance.Best option if u want to stay in a good hotel in low price. Love neighborhood. Very Clean and quiet. − Already Good enough 😊

+ اكثر شيء عجبني تعاون الطاقم خصوصا موظف الاستقبال محمد وجميع الموظفين في الاستقبال عاملوني بشكل راقي وكانو قمة في التعاون ولكن لا اذكر أسماءهم وكذاك توافر المواصلات بشكل دائم للحرم كل ما تنزل تلقى باص − المطعم للاسف المينيو فيه ضعيف جدا ولا يوجد مكينة كوفي ، يوجد نسكفيه بشكل بودره في حال رغبت تظيفه مع الحليب وهذا امر بدائي جدا لا يليق بالفنادق، لن يكلف شيء لو اشترى الفندق مكينة كوفي ووضعها في المطعم سألت الموظفين وقالو لي يوجد محل كافيه في اللوبي في حال رغبت في كوفي ولكن يجب ان تدفع لهم، ولكن للاسف ذلك لن يكون من ضمن الافطار الذي يتضمنه الحجز

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incred + The location was very convenient, especially because it was close to the Haram in Mecca. Everything was exactly as we hoped. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We would happily stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A Comfortable Stay with Friendly Service and Great Convenience + I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and I really liked that the room was cleaned every day. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay. Another big plus is the convenience. There are a few small shops on the ground floor, so it was super easy to grab snacks, drinks, or anything else I needed without having to go far. Sarah was especially friendly, approachable, and helpful. She made me feel very welcome and was always happy to help whenever I had a question or needed anything. Overall, I had a great experience. The clean rooms, daily housekeeping, convenient shops, and friendly staff made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I’d happily recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. − None .

Great value, friendly staff, convenient transportation to the Haram, and definitely a hotel I would stay at again. + I had a very pleasant stay at M Hotel Al Dana Makkah. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The location and transportation were very convenient. We used the hotel shuttle to Jammarat, which was only about a 2-minute drive, and from there we could take another bus directly toward Bab Al Salam at Masjid Al-Haram. Considering the price I paid, the hotel offered excellent value for money. − Nothing significant. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and the service provided.

Excellent, and would always go there. Very comfortable for my entire family + Starting off from Checking In, at the reception Sister Sarah was very relaxed, smiling and gave us a warm welcome. She was the very first 5/5 for the hotel for us at that time. AbdulAziz the bell boy excellent, cooperative and helpful. The rooms were very tidy, clean, the bed linen was soft all the facilities in the room were excellent. Shuttle service: The bus was always available at the intervals of 20-30 minutes. Do not expect the bus to be there 5 minutes before prayer. We never missed our prayers and all we did was to be in lobby 1hr20min before the prayer time. Restaurants: We opted not to pick the Hotel restaurant in this visit, as very good restaurants are at 2 minutes walking distance. As soon as you step out, you have a sight on them so pretty manageable. − Although just a bit of a concern here, but still wouldn't affect me going for the coming times was after shower, the bathroom floor…
