Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. There were ants in the room, and the bathroom constantly had a stale an + The position and the view from the balcony − The room was not very clean, i have been before but this time very poor compared to first year when they open the actual hotel, they only give you 2 caps of coffee in the room, after that you pay for them

Complex de fite cu multe pretentii de la clienti insa ei nu prea ofera la nivelul acela. + Complex destul de nou, camere moderne, piscine − Nu prea ai loc la cele 2 “infinity pools” daca nu vii devreme de tot. Receptia nu e 24/7. Lumina din jurul complexului e slaba/inexistenta. Nu ai plasa de tantari la un complex care se vrea premium/lux. La receptie ti se retine un depozit de 250 dar nu esti anuntat cand faci rezervarea acest lucru, zero transparenta. Am fost 2 persoane, ni s-au cerut cartile de identitate de la amandoua persoanele+ ambele nr de telefon, mi se pare absurd. Inteleg de la cel care a facut rezervarea dar pentru ceilalti?

Close to being great but still showing the eastern european 'charm' - + Room was spacious and had everything you could need. The pool was great and the kids really enjoyed it. Rooms were clean and enjoyable. It was not worth the price tag but still better than other hotels. − There was no breakfast, no option for an extra bed to be delivered and a somewhat hostile/defensive attitude from the front desk. Also, they don't have a private beach anymore. The parking situation was not that great but they offer private parking which was not too bad.
