Service !!!!!!!’ + J ai attendu près d une heure pour checkin et 20 min pour le checkout . Problème récurrent en Roumanie . Le service mais le problème c est le management pas le personnel. Il n y a pas de pilote dans l hôtel!

Offseason on the Black Sea coast. + We arrived after the tourist season so some of the amenities were not active or fully staffed. The tradeoff is that their was no competition for the existing services. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend the IALKI to friends and family.
