בינוני − 1. משפחה של חמישה (3 ילדים). לפני ההגעה ביקשנו מספר פעמים חדרים צמודים. קיבלנו תשובה שהם רשמו לפניהם ויטופל שנגיע. לא רק שלא קיבלנו חדרים צמודים, אפילו לא באותה קומה. פקידת הקבלה טענה שאין מה לעשות, ורק אחרי שהתעקשנו שזה לא מקובל וההתכתבות היא מנובמבר, נתנו לנו בסוף חדר גדול אחד, גם לא מה שביקשנו 2. לאורך כל השהות, חדר הכושר היה סגור ללא סיבה. ששאלנו אמרו שהמנהל לא מרשה להיכנס. 3. ארוחת בוקר - נדיבה ועשירה, אבל מתקשים לחדש, אז אם מגיעים מאוחר יותר לארוחת הבוקר לא תמיד נשאר מהכל

Pretul nejustificat. + Apartamentul curat si amenat frumos. − Pentru a merge la piscina care este foarte mica si aglomerata mergeai 5 minute. Zona spa si piscina sunt situate intr-o alta cladire. De asemenea, pentru a servi micul dejun care a fost fabulos, trebuia sa parcurgi aceeasi distanta pentru ca era o alta cladire. Disconfort maxim sa iesi din blocul in care esti cazat si sa mergi prin frig ca sa ajungi la restaurant sau spa.

+ מתקני המלון במתחם הספא היו ברמה גבוהה, דירה גדולה ומרווחת, ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת, ללא התקלות שחווינו מלון מומלץ! − מרחק מהחדר למתקני המלון ונדרש לעבור הליכה ארוכה בחוץ, קיבלנו דירה עם מזגן תקול, לאחר החלפת דירה קיבלנו אחת עם מיניבר תקול, כוורת דבורים ביציאה למרפסת ותקלה במילוי הג'קוזי בדירה, צוות המלון מהיר ואדיב ונותן שירות אך ההנהלה עם שירות מאכזב מאוד.

סה'כ היה נחמד ומהנה + קיבלנו חדר מאובזר, עם נוף יפה, צוות מאוד אדיב וקשוב. − לחץ המים בחדר היה חלש מאוד וגם התחלף מחם לקר מבלי שנגענו

Pleasant stay. + Enjoyed roof top pool, liked the robes to walk to the pool as it was quite far, free parking and breakfast was good. − Room photos where a little misleading, they made it look as though I was booking a 1x bedroom but it was infact a studio room. Coffee machine was to hard to figure out and no milk should I of been able to make a cup.

Amazing stay + Amazing area with a view to Postavaru peak, the penthouse was exceptional and clean. Great variety for breakfast and a very quiet area, perfect to relax and unwind with a very short walk to main area in Poiana. Very professional staff as well. − The minibar in the room wasn't working properly. And both TVs were had very bad signal so couldn't really watch anything. Other than that everything was great.
