Great location if your Coffeeholic. + Great location with variety of cafes, restaurant and a local express market on your doorstep. Facilities were very clean and ambiance of hotel was very nice. − Housekeeping could have been a bit better. On a 7 night stay, tea bag’s were refilled only once (luckily we had other options on outside), I asked if they can warm milk up for my son, and was directed to the cafe downstairs who charged me 14 QAR for hot milk in a small cup (it costs you less than 4 QAR to buy the milk from the supermarket down the road) and asked multiple times to re fill hand wash and body wash but had no luck.

Average, could have been better. + Location. − Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, room wasn’t ready till 5:45 pm as they said they don’t have any available suites with a balcony. We specifically booked a suite as it mentioned it had a balcony. The staff weren’t helpful and nothing was done to compensate that tiring experience; was such a shame to go through this on my birthday.

+ None − Room smell was sooo bad and the staff done nothing. The locker door was missing. The sink was clucked and should be checked before the gest coming in. Valet drivers have no experience dealing with cars. I had to wait 40 min for luggage assistance to come while the reception keep calling me to leave the room

+ مكان الفندق مميز − عند الدخول للغرفه كان( اكرمك الله ) كرسي الحمام كان وصخ ونظفت الحمام بنفسي للتاكد من النظافه ومساءا تواصلت معاهم لمشكله التكييف في الغرفه قبل٩ مساءا وقلت لهم ان موعد نوم الاطفال ولم يحضر اي شخص للغرفه لصيانه التكييف

لا أكرر الزيارة + الموقع فقط − يوجد رائحة في الغرفه نظافة دورت المياه سيئة وفيها رائحة كريها وخدمة الموظفين جدا بطيئة
