+ Staff were friendly especially the gentleman helping with our bags. Did not tell us renovations and as we didn't get to our room after late flight until 1 am and then noise at 6 am. Rooms however very large. Needed a bit of a clean as carpets were quite marked

恐怖經驗 + 凌晨到酒店，checkin 完成拿門咭回房間，但我訂是雙床房，他們說已經沒有了，沒辦法，唯有進房間，後發現床鋪凌亂，還有同一門咭放在枱上，洗手間門鎖上，馬上退出，回lobby投訴，他們自己都不知原因，後來換另一個房間，說Upgrade一間有客廳的，但坦白說給我都沒用，我們只睡4小時😭😭

+ I was living in Qatar previously and this time went to Qatar for a shopping trip. Sherao hotel was the best stay I choose. Clean, safe, and conveniently located. The only negative part was that their internet services were bad and inconsistent causing my remote meeting delays.

+ Hotel Rooms are very specious, neat & clean. Property is located in heart of city. Easy accessible for all the tourist locations. Wonderful view of corniche & MENA port. Reception and housekeeping staff's are very polite and helpful. It was a pleasant and memorable stay. I will definitely book same for my next trip. Thank you
