On s’attendait pas à tout ça dans un hôtel 4 étoiles + Le personnel très à l’écoute et ao petit soin lit confortable et belle vue sur le (stadio do Benfica) grand apparemment spacieux − - manque un micro-onde - L’eau qui est rentrée dans la chambre par la fenêtre sur forte pluie (on vois sur la couleur ao sol que c’est n’est pas la première fois) - L’eau qui a du mal à descendre et goûte ao sol dans la salle de bain (une balance pour le poids placé en dessous de l’évier qui ne fonctionne pas vu l’eau qu’elle se prends) - Manque de quelques couverts dans l’appartement

Très beau séjour à Lisbonne + Nous avions un appartement avec deux chambres, une cuisine équipée(machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, machine à café,frigo..) ce qui était très appréciable. L’hôtel n’est pas loin du stade du Benfica, il y a quelques minutes du centre commercial Colombo. il y a ben une belle vue au huitième étage là où se trouve la piscine nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner. − Ce serait juste un petit bémol en fait au niveau de la luminosité de l’appartement c’était un peu sombre et comme les meubles sont déjà sombres, c’est un peu dommage. Ensuite dans les armoires il aurait préférable d’avoir des étagères.

+ La accesibilidad a la ciudad − Limpieza nula Personal de limpieza encarado y mal educado, imponían su hora de hacer la habitación, sino se enfadaban y contestaban mal. Y no recogían ni basura ni ponían las toallas necesarias. Las solicité jabón de manos para los dos baños y sigo esperando. Igual al siguiente huésped ya se lo han puesto Zona de desayunos muy pequeña para la gente que había. En el parking la gente no respetan las plazas de minusvalidos..... Y un sinfín de cosas
