Very disappointing + Comfortable room − Breakfast poor. Stale cornflakes and bread- not acceptable for a four star hotel! Advised there was a bar but this was a small area set up with minimal selection of drinks and no bar man!!

Bien + Bon emplacement, proche de plusieurs sites touristiques à pied. Facilité de stationnement dans la rue. Chambre assez grande, correspond aux photos. Décoration simple mais jolie. Suite à un problème avec la première chambre, j'ai demandé à changer et ils ont été très compréhensifs et arrangeants. − La différence de température entre le hall d'entrée, l'extérieur et le reste de l'hôtel était clairement déséquilibrée. Je comprends mieux pourquoi le personnel était toujours en manche longue. Dans la chambre, pour le côté esthétique le sommier n'était pas caché (en métal sur des roulettes).. quand il y a un statut de 4 étoiles on fait un minimum d'attention à certains détails. 3 prises électriques sur les 5 ne fonctionnaient pas, les interrupteurs pour les différentes lumières étaient défectueux. Moisissure présente dans la salle de bain (plafond, baignoire et dans les coins de la vitre de la baignoire). La salle de sport très petite qui contient 1 tapis, 1 vélo, 1 elliptique et 1…
