+ Excellent facilities, staff and location. − There was no iron and ironing board in the room. In my opinion every room in a 4 star rated hotel should have one. This should be a standard requirement for a 4 star rated hotel.

+ Emplacement idéal au cœur de Lisbonne, propreté, accueil, chambre tout est parfait. Très bel hôtel, ils ont même mis un gâteau le jour de l anniversaire de ma femme. Je recommande vivement. − Le petit déjeuner est le strict minimum, plus de choix et variétés de produits ne serait pas de trop. Seul bémol du séjour.

+ Location is superb - in the centre and close to the main street and plaza. Rooms were clean − I’d say it’s a bit more expensive than warranted but this is probably due to location

Nice boutique rooms, very clean and lovely attention to detail. + Well designed space. Nice attention to detail, plenty of plugs, very clean & reception staff were kind. − House keeping would shout/talk very loud when cleaning the next door rooms so I couldn’t relax or have a sleep in.

+ bardzo dobra lokalizacja; podobał mi się styl art deco urządzenia pokoju; recepcjonista zamówił bardzo dobrą taksówkę na lotnisko (o połowę !! tańszą niż ta zamówiona przez booking) − hotel trochę "trącący myszką", zwłaszcza lobby, a właściwie jego brak; w opisie był bar, ale pracownik powiedział, że w czasie wakacji jest nieczynny!!
