amazing place with gorgeous views of Lisbon + Great property with amazing garden and gorgeous views. − stuff were a bit disorganized at times and they looked like a new crew trying to figure out what to do. But they were very polite and very pleasant.

A quick first visit to Lisbon + Our stay at Torel Palace made our visit to Lisbon unforgettable. The classical style and elegance in the rooms and the view to the old city are worth noting. The personnel is polite and helpful and we received support organising our transfer from and to the airport. We also had the chance to enjoy a nice lunch at the Black Pavillon. Apart from the food we were impressed by the wine list with a clear focus in less common options from the Portuguese vineyard. − Nothing worth mentioning

beautiful, historic hotel with a wonderful caring team. + the view from the breakfast terrace is amazing. all the team we met were fantastic but special mention to reception ambassadors - outstanding. food in the black pavillion restaurant was exceptional as was breakfast, if we return to lisbon we will visit the two monkeys. − we loved everything!
