+ Très bien situé pour visiter le nouveau Lisbonne! − Très beau design dans les chambres et superbe vue. Cependant, ce n'est pas fonctionnel pour une moyenne et longue durée. Nous y étions pour deux nuits et cela était suffisant.

Moderne, bon et ressourçant + J’ai adoré cet hôtel et surtout le petit déjeuner. La vue depuis les chambres était magnifique et j’ai trouvé l’expérience très ressourçante. À refaire!

Serviço 5* por parte dos funcionários do hotel. + É de realçar o atendimento. Funcionários bastante prestáveis, atentos e simpáticos. − Fui em família e um dos motivos da reserva neste hotel foi pela piscina no rooftop para as crianças poderem usufruir. No entanto, quando chegámos, disseram-nos que o horário para crianças seria até às 13h. Não é essa a informação que aparece aqui no Booking no ato da reserva (aparece como disponível para todas as idade e com horário das 8h às 20h). É de realçar que nos abriram uma exceção para as crianças poderem aproveitar, mas ficámos um pouco desiludidos com esta situação. A informação não foi passada corretamente mesmo após a reserva.

Siamo stati accolti dalla dolcissima Carolina che ci ha accompagnati fino in stanza spiegandoci tutte le dotazioni tecno + Struttura al di fuori del comune e con standard qualitàtivi molto alti − Nella stanza era presente una vasca con idromassaggio che ospitava anche la doccia. Dover scavalcare la vasca per fare la doccia non è proprio comodo. Il fondo della vasca era rovinato

+ The staff is the main reason why we keep coming back. Unfortunately the hotel is in need of a renovation. But the staff is very accomodating, nice and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

+ Quase tudo! − Buffete de pequeno almoço é bom, mas podia ser melhor, para o Hotel que é. Área da recepção/lobby temperatura muito fria. Quarto com banheira só se consegue ligar o duche, apanhando um duche gelado. Regulador da pia do banheiro moderno com design bonito mas quando abrimos pode inundar o quarto!
