رغم السلبيات استمتعت بالاقامه بها + النظافه الفطور ممتاز مساحة الشقق ممتازه الفيو حلو وجود مواقف سيارات غير مجانيه − غرف النوم ليس بها ستائر بلاك اوت الشقه ام ثلاث غرف لبس بها الا حمام واحد وهي ومكيف واحد وهي تتسع ل 8 اشخاص عدم وجود منافذكهرباء كافيه ضجيج الشارع الرئيسي وصوت الشاحنات مزعج والعزل غير كافي

Decent value for money to spend a night or two + Parking and far from city center so quite − Nothing to do around , everything g is a little bit dated, needed to make up the foldable sofa into bad rather then them sending someone to set it up . No full blinds in the window and afternoon isn’t possible to make living space dark . One channel in the tv , nothing interesting in polish .

− Zničený nábytok všade . Zatečený vydutý drez. Parkety vydreté a rozlezené. Taktiež nábytok v izbách . Na oknách zničené a chýbajúce žalúzie aj strešné okna . Bez závesou . Podlaha lepkava a neumitá . Cudzie vlasy v kúpeľni v záchode chlpi . V sprche chumáči vlasou . Proste upratovanie upne odfláknuté . Inak krásne ubytovanie ale veľmi zničené a všetko obe prekrité silnou vôňou až hlava s toho bolí.

خيبوا امالنا جدا جدا للاسف + اعجبني الموقع للعلم ليست المره الأولى التي اسكن فيها − حجزنا شقه vipولكن كل شي متهالك فيها غطاء النوافذ والأسرة متكسره ولم يتم تلبية اي طلب من طلبنا وفوق هذا لايحترمون الكلمه والاتفاق .فقد اتفقنا مع الرجل بان يمدد وقت الخروج الساعه الثانيه فقبل وفي الساعه الواحده كنا جاهزين في الخروج قبل موعد الاتفاق لنفاجأ بقدوم امرأه وتطرق الباب بقوه وعندما فتحنا اخذت تتلفظ بكلام بذئ بصراحه امرأه غير محترمه وتطردنا من المكان ودفعونا مبلغ ساعه زياده الصراحه خيب املي هذا الفندق للاسف رغم الأشياء المتهالكه جلسنا تسعة ايام ولكن عدم الاحترام والتهذيب خيب املي هذا الفندق بصراحه لا انصح فيه ابدا ابدا يقال بأنها مديره ولكن تفتقر الى معنى التعامل والاداره للاسف ولا يستحق هذه النجوم(x)

Disappointing stay at Harenda Residence + The main positive aspect of our stay was the very helpful and accommodating service provided by Pani Marysia at the reception. We had an issue with our apartment, as only one window in the room could be opened while all the others were locked. Since there was no air conditioning, we found it difficult to imagine staying in an apartment without proper natural ventilation. Pani Marysia was very understanding and managed to accommodate us in another apartment, which we genuinely appreciated. Another positive was the children’s play area, which was a nice added value for families travelling with children. − Unfortunately, the negative aspects of our stay significantly outweighed the positives. At check-in, we were informed that some windows could not be opened because previous guests had damaged them and replacements were still pending. However, we did not expect that only one room would have a window that could be opened. The balcony doors …

إقامة جميلة ومريحة تستحق التكرار 🤍 + من أجمل تجارب السكن اللي جربناها في زاكوباني الفندق مريح وهادي ، ونظيف ومرتب وآمن جداً، ومجهز بكل اللي يحتاجه الضيف لإقامة مريحة ، ووجود الغسالة في الشقة. فريق العمل كانوا بشوشين ومتعاونين، وتعاملهم راقي وخدمتهم ممتازة. أنصح فيه خصوصاً للعائلات وللي يدور على الراحة والأمان. شكراً لكم على الإقامة الجميلة وحسن الضيافة 🤍 − الشي الوحيد اللي ما عيبني هو عدم وجود شطاف في الحمام، وياليت يتم توفيره مستقبلاً

يستحق التجربة + حجزت شقة بإطلالة على الجبل لكن حدث تشابه بين اسمي واسم شخص آخر وبالخطأ سلمت شقة أخرى وعندما رجعت اليهم تم تفهم الوضع واعتذرت الموظفة وأبدلتني بشقة من ثلاث غرف المكان جميل وقريب من السنتر 4 كيلو متر وتوجد به مواقف − بعض مرافق الشقة تحتاج إلى صيانة مثل حنفية المياه في الحمام وكذلك التلفزيون لا يعمل لم نستفيد منه أبدا
