excellent + I loved the woman who checked us in Ms Michalowska she was kind and accommodating I asked that we will have two rooms next to each other and she provided Upon checkout she was more than delightful. and only then we learned that she is a stager and work as a professional − if the other people at the reception were as nice as Ms Michalowska and if the breakfast was more affordable

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Łódź! + We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Łódź. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Piotrkowska Street, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel itself is beautiful and feels truly five-star. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, and very comfortable, with a huge bathroom and high-quality furnishings throughout. The spa was another highlight, with a great selection of different saunas, hammam facilities, and a hammock area that we absolutely loved. The price was also very reasonable for a five-star hotel, which made the overall experience even better. − The only small downside was that we found it difficult to adjust the air conditioning, and even after changing the settings, the room still felt a little cold. Other than that, everything was amazing.

WYJĄTKOWA WIZYTÓWKA ŁODZI - ZAPRASZAMY! + Cudne miejsce, zadbane w najdrobniejszych szczegółach. Fantastycznie odnowione, piękne wnętrza, które znam sprzed 30 lat. A teraz podziwiałam z uznaniem i radością, że to moja Łódź. Imponujący loft, w którym mieszkaliśmy, komfortowo zaprojektowany, materiały najwyższej, jakości od marmurów i kosmetyków w łazience, po wygodne łóżko. Miłym dodatkiem był powitalny talerz owoców. Bardzo czysto i nowocześnie, z zachowaniem klimatu. Taki jest zresztą cały hotel. Dzięki uprzejmości personelu obejrzeliśmy imponująca sale teatralna, kameralną Sale Złotą oraz salę klubową z wyborem znakomitych cygar. Śniadanie przepyszne, zjedzone w restauracji Malinowa to przeżycie samo w sobie. Jednak "wisienką", (która znajduje się na poziomie minus 1) na tym wyśmienitym torcie jest Spa z basenem, salami fitness i salami zabiegowymi. Oświetlenie, materiały, urządzenia - cos niesamowitego. Obejrzyjcie zdjęcia.

Spokojnie, komfortowo, elegancko, w centrum + Fantastyczny Wystrój, miła obsługa, piękne wewnętrzne patio, połączenie klasyki z nowoczesnością i elegancją, piękne nowoczesne stylowe spa, duże pokoje, ogromny akcent na jakość wyposażenia, wełniany dywan w pokoju, wysokie sufity, przestrzeń − - duże opłaty za parking - brak dozownika z żelem pod prysznic przy wannie w pokojowej łazience, zamiast tego małe plastikowe miniaturki żelów wymieniane codziennie starczające na jedno użycie (duże niepotrzebne zużycie plastiku) - nieodpowiednia podłoga w suchej saunie (bardzo się nagrzewa, kamień na wejściu parzy w stopy)
