What can I say ? Pearl continental is a big name , but not match the stay + Location was very decent − The room was not like how it was in the picture, and because of the online booking the room was at the very end. The view was not good either.

As per check time 2pm, I arrived at 2pm, I still had to wait till 5pm to check in because of no availibility. Then 2nd + The Name Only − Service Cleanliness Worse place to stay

Overall it was a good and comfortable experience. Special thanks to Miss Hina in room service dept.

+ The hotel staff is courteous, the location is great, facilities are great. − The room equipment is old and worn out and ancient, the television remote was not working and the switches were not functional, air conditioning was also not very good... Not 5 star standard in my opinion.... An upgrade is required.
