Very spacious room and everything is closeby + The location is close to everything, you can walk to just about everything. The room was spacious, the bed was good and I had enough room to work a bit on my laptop. Very friendly staff and very helpful. − The reception was one floor down so we had to take the escalator to go down and the stairs to go up each time. The light in the room was a bit dim, they could make it a bit brighter.

Excellent rooms, decour, but nothing works and you’ll will receive help from the DMV faster + Location and lounge − We switched our room 3× times 1st time air-conditioning didn’t work second time— Literally water was dripping from the ceiling and the third time air-conditioning was not working. Whenever I call to get assistance with my room the fastest time was ONE HOUR. Service was awful, ITS GOOD QUALITY BUT TAKES HOURS TO GET TWO BOTTLE OF WATER
