We’ll come back again! + I dined at The Nest Dining and it was very cozy and nice. The staff were very welcoming, especially Ms. Christine from the front desk who gave excellent customer service and was very accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended!

+ Hospitable staff. Spacious room. Great view. Gym has plenty of equipment. Close to mall. − No nearby restaurants/eating places open late at night/early morning. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

Good location, excellent staff + We booked this hotel for an overnight stay to participate in a fun run in the vicinity. The venue of the fun run is less than a quarter of a kilometer from the hotel. I thought I booked a standard room but when we checked-in, it was a 1-bedroom suite. Parking was free, check-in was fast and security was good. Elevator access is with the room key card. There's also a common door to the guest rooms from the elevator lobby that can be opened only by the room key card. The room was spacious and clean. Security and front office staff were courteous. Check-out was fast.

Relaxing Staycation in Alabang + Vivere Hotel impressed us with its grand lobby, spacious rooms, and stunning views overlooking the city. The location is very convenient—just a short distance from ATC and Festival Mall—and the surrounding area is great for morning walks or jogging. The pool was a pleasant surprise as it never felt crowded, making it easy to relax. Breakfast came with beautiful views as well, especially in the morning. A few areas for improvement: the breakfast buffet can get crowded due to limited seating, food choices were somewhat limited, and the dining area can become quite warm once the sun is up. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent views and a convenient location. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

My fave hotel and employee + Hazuki-everytime I think of a hotel I'd like to go, I think of her, and decide to go to Vivere. She's very welcoming, very friendly, very accomodating and always available if we need anything. Because of her, I always pick Vivere. She makes it easy to choose. It's almost like being with a family member that you look forward to seeing. Of course, the rest of the staff are friendly and professional, the lounge is always pretty and clean, the tocino breakfast is my fave and the view from the nest dining in the sky is so impressive esp at night. It's so worth every dime. Highly recommended, both Vivere Hotel and Hazuki ;)

Relaxing Weekend Staycation in the South with the Family + We recently spent a weekend at Vivere Hotel with our 6-month-old son, and it turned out to be one of our favorite family staycations. We stayed in the One-Bedroom Penthouse, which was spacious and very comfortable. The separate living area, large bedroom, and baby crib prepared before our arrival made traveling with an infant much easier. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at The Nest. The rooftop setting offers beautiful panoramic views of Alabang and even Laguna de Bay, especially during sunset and at night when the city lights come alive. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, and each meal had a different atmosphere. The breakfast buffet focused more on quality than quantity, with favorites like the congee and crispy danggit. Lunch was hearty and satisfying, while dinner felt extra special because of the view and ambiance. While dinner was very soothing and romantic. The staff were consistently warm a…

Wonderful + Had a truly wonderful stay at Vivere Hotel! The entire experience was fantastic, but I especially want to commend Christine at the front desk. She was so accommodating, kind, and went above and beyond to make my requests possible. Outstanding customer service! I also had dinner at The Nest rooftop restaurant, and it is easily one of the most romantic and breathtaking places to dine. The ambiance makes the whole experience unforgettable. Thank you, Vivere Hotel and team, for such a memorable stay. I will definitely be back!

HORRIBLE IN REALITY !!! + The place feels like a cheap hostel. You can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next door, windows don’t even open, so no fresh air. The room looks NOTHING like the pictures!! It’s old and poorly maintained, with a broken bed, a RUSTY bathtub, and a peeling smelly toilet. It’s not clean or hygienic at all. They even CHARGE EXTRA for room service! seriously??? Don’t even get me started on the elevator. Probably the slowest elevator in the world.

+ They have a nice staff in breakfast. Nice food and very kind staffs. − The elevator, took few minutes before we get into it.
