A Graduation Celebration Made Extra Special by B Hotel + We had a wonderful stay at B Hotel from July 5–6, 2026 as we celebrated our daughter Mica's graduation. It was a memorable occasion made even more special by the warm hospitality and excellent service we received. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Glennis Narciso and Mark Palaganas for being exceptionally accommodating, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We appreciate the comfortable accommodations, pleasant atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. Superb FNB team! + Nice food and service at their hotel resto - Alejandro’s! Stayed for 2 weeks, and kudos to the services of the FNB team, especially Edward, Grace, Lei, Joshua & RC! 🫶 May mishaps with the last 2 days of our stay in the hotel, but the above mentioned people were too great not to recognize!

excellent service + I stayed overnight last week, and the staff service was excellent—especially the front office, the concierge team (Teejay, Christian, and Bryan), and the F&B staff (Joshua). I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Stay! + We checked in to celebrate my son’s birthday, and we had a very pleasant stay! The place is clean, nice, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The staff are absolutely superb and provided excellent service throughout our entire stay. My kids loved the playroom and really enjoyed the playstation. The breakfast choices are also very good. We highly recommend this place for families and special occasions. We will definitely be back!

Solid experience! + The place was very accessible to stores. You will feel safe to walk around the vicinity. The staffs, especially Joshua and Eduardo were very attentive to the guests. The room and its toilet has complete amenities. There was a welcoming ambiance within the hotel which makes it enjoyable for everyone to roam around. Overall, our stay made it feel like we were just comfortable at home!

Disappointing Experience + I expected much better from B Hotel Alabang, especially considering its reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The professionalism, communication, and overall handling of certain concerns did not meet the standards I expected from a hotel of this caliber. What was most frustrating was the way concerns were handled rather than simply the issues themselves. I believe every guest deserves to feel respected, heard, and properly attended to. The hotel has potential, but management should take feedback seriously and work on improving both service and professionalism. I hope future guests have a better experience than I did.
