+ My wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Crowne Plaza Manila, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by a few issues. While the hotel's location is convenient and the rooms are comfortable, there were several aspects that fell short of our expectations. The room we received was average, with a notable exception - a large cockroach in the bathroom. This was a major turn-off and made us question the hotel's cleanliness standards. The sink in the bathroom also had a significant leak when in use, which was not only inconvenient but also a safety concern. We were also disappointed with the dinner options at the hotel's restaurant, which was marketed as a buffet. The prices were steeper than we had anticipated, especially considering there were four of us in total. The child's meal was particularly expensive, at PHP 11,000 total which was a surprise Despite these issues, the hotel's staff were friendly and helpful, and the room's amenities were modern and clean.…

Best Hotel in Manila + Great place to stay when in Manila. The mall is connected to the hotel. Great place to shop and eat. My family have stayed there many times . I highly recommend this hotel. Great value and service.

+ Staffs are professional. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Lobby is not crowded. Location is convenient as it’s near a mall with lots of option where to eat and shop. Edsa Shrine (church) is walkable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic + "This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the mall as well as transportation. I only wish we could have stayed longer than just one night.

+ This is the second time I have stayed here and will likely not be the last. Mike as the Breakfast Ambassador is AWESOME!!! The housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff are amazing. I was always greeted with a big smile. I feel very much at home here and consider it a wonderful choice.

+ The hotel's location is very central to Metro Manila. 10 mins walk to MRT station and easy accesible to taxi/cab. Robinsons Galleria Mall shopping centre is just below the hotel. The property is maintained well, clean, and all staff are courteous and helpful.
