    Good cafe, unpredictable food + Coffee is always good. French toast, great if the cook Richard is in kitchen. Rest of the guys are farmers not cook . Why can’t Richard teach his secrets to other cooks ? How hard is it to make some French toast that is not all soggy inside and burned outside ?
