Super Stay at a Sustainable Hyatt Hotel Manila + Five stars sustainable hotel! Kudos to Steve Sasso and his team for making our stay truly memorable and awesome. Great room, near a mall, sustainable initiatives (water bottles, EV shuttle, etc), sarap breakfast which is until 11am but most importantly are the amazing people from Ian at the front door who helped me with all my many bags to the front desk Denise and Jane who served with a smile.and very helpful with my many questions and requests. Highly recommended!!!

Last hotel stop before heading home abroad makes this hotel the best place to stay. + great hotel experience, rooms clean, beds comfortable. staff and room service impeccable. Just don't gamble - i had a chance to speak to a family at the elevator and he laughingly told me, the slots were just eatiing his money. of course they were.

Retirement Getaway! + My husband retired after 35 years from his job in January and this was our first trip of 2026, so this trip was extra special for us. We usually stay here each year in October for my birthday, but decided to come for the Chinese Lunar New Year, which was on Feb. 17th. Before arrival, we were worried that because of the Lunar celebration, the hotel would feel crowded and loud because of the holiday celebration. Our experience was totally opposite!! Although the hotel was very busy, which we expected...we never once felt like it was too crowded or noisy! There were lunar festivities on the 17th, like the 'lion dance' and we loved it! Overcrowded, overpriced, underwhelming + Check-in was quick and smooth - a promising start. The room itself was pleasant and comfortable. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. We deliberately chose an upscale hotel to recover after 30 hours of travel. Instead of rest, we got a room overlooking railway tracks - the noise was relentless. Breakfast was an ordeal: the restaurant was packed to the point of feeling like a rush-hour metro station. I suspect outside guests can purchase the breakfast buffet, because the crowd far exceeded what you'd expect from hotel guests alone. Long queues at every station, items running out, and noise levels that made conversation impossible. The pool wasn't much of an escape either - it was taken over by a children's swimming lesson, leaving little room for guests looking to unwind.

Outstanding Family Stay with Spectacular Club Lounge and Exceptional Service + Stayed 2 nights at the Hyatt Regency City of Dreams and booked two club rooms to comfortably accommodate my family, especially my elderly father. The rooms and bathrooms were impressively spacious and very clean, which made our stay relaxing and convenient. The beds were also extremely comfortable, ensuring everyone had a great night’s sleep. Our rooms offered beautiful views—one overlooking the pool and the other with a stunning city view—both of which added to the overall experience. The club lounge was a highlight of our stay. The brunch selection and cocktail hour were spectacular, with a great variety of delicious options. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the lounge staff. Wonderful long term stay! + I would recommend this hotel for families with young children. My daughters enjoyed this hotel as it was their very first time in Manila. We were traveling from Guam and they loved it! We stayed 7 nights and it was amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm, kind and eager to help you. The amenities are fantastic. You will have so much fun as it’s a two minute walk to dreamworks theme park. Lots to do & delicious food all around. You will enjoy your stay here! 5 stars my family & I give it.

Best experience ever + We stayed at Hyatt Regency Manila to celebrate our daughter's 4th birthday. It was indeed a 5 star experience. Checkin process was smooth and room was ready upon arrival. Thanks to Ms. Hazel & Sir Jestin of Front Office for assisting us. Granted my request for a connecting room and gave us a complimentary birthday cake, really appreciated that it comes with a birthday card and for extending our checkout til 1pm. 💛 My daughter loved the pool! it is very child-friendly. lifeguards on duty were attentive. Room service was fast and also to the housekeeping staffs who assisted us all the way, thank you. ✨ Would like to thank also Ms Vherliza of The Cafe for giving our daughter a special token for her birthday. It was indeed a special moment. My daughter loved it here and we will come back for sure. Thank you my City of Dreams Family for making our stay memorable and fun. 🎉
