+ Everything was perfect! The staff was super helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to help us with everything. Room was very nice, clean, and with a huge bed. − Prior to the stay, communication with the hotel was not that easy (they were not reactive to messages on Booking nor to emails). We think it's because people from Tierra Viva are managing that, instead of the hotel staff themselves. Once we got the WhatsApp number of the actual hotel staff, everything got solved quickly.

Cute hotel but a bit noisy. + The room was nice and comfortable although a bit small. − Very noisy room. You could hear people talk outside and while going up and downstairs as my room was upfront on the first floor. As people usually leave early for excursions, the noise started very early in the morning.

+ The hotel is great, only a 5-minute walk away from Plaza de armas. The rooms are great, spacious with a very large bed. They helped us when we needed to store our luggage, organise taxis or have one room for longer in the afternoon.

Great spot! High comfort in tranquil central area. + Lovely property with main facilities (heating , air drier , bathrobe ) and very attentive staff − The Taxy I had booked through them to reach the airport arrived 20 minutes late as they got the directions of the booking switched . All went well but worth 3x checking they got it the booking right.

Muy buena experiencia + Llegamos a media noche (5 am) sin reserva porque el autobús nos dejó antes de lo previsto en Cuzco y nos habilitaron una habitación cobrándonos la mitad de la noche. El desayuno de muy buena calidad y los trabajadores muy agradables. − Nos pusimos en contacto con el alojamiento el día anterior a la llegada para que nos habilitaran un taxi cuando llegáramos a la estación y no nos contestaron.
