Excellent property, location, food, but some quirks still need sorting out + Excellent property, great location, terrific breakfast and amazing afternoon tea included − Whilst the room was lovely, we booked a room with a balcony and we never got it, which was a shame as the weather was great for sitting outside. The room at night had a lot of noise from the bar/restaurant downstairs, the aircon was also noisy, and it was only by our 3rd night that the staff were actually able to work the blinds in the room

The building was built in 1914 as a summer home and has been carefully renovated. The whole hotel is like an art gallery - a remarkable collection of paintings and sculptures from local artists throughout the last century are on the display. The rooms are comfortable and true to their origin. The hotel offers a rich buffet breakfast, as well a la carte options - try the Peruvian eggs. The dinner menu features all Peruvian classics and the bar can equip you with a proper pisco sour.

Great location and beautiful facilities with mostly professional staff. + Beautiful converted mansion filled with artwork and gorgeous design elements − At breakfast there were issues with having the tables laid correctly so we had to keep asking for things. Asking for tea seemed an impossible task! And butter!

Elegancia, encanto y un servicio inolvidable en Barranco + Mi estancia en el Hotel B de Lima fue una experiencia muy agradable. Lo que más destaco es su excelente ubicación en el barrio de Barranco, una zona con mucho encanto, tranquila y perfecta para disfrutar del ambiente artístico y cultural de la ciudad. El hotel es precioso, con mucha personalidad y un ambiente único. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal. Tuvieron la deferencia de ofrecerme un upgrade de habitación y, además, me facilitaron otra habitación para poder ducharme antes de mi vuelo nocturno, un gesto que agradecí enormemente. En definitiva, un hotel lleno de encanto, atención al detalle y una hospitalidad excepcional. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí en una próxima visita a Lima. − La única pequeña pega fue que mi habitación estaba situada encima del bar, por lo que había algo de ruido por las noches. Aun así, era perfectamente soportable y no empañó la experie…
