Best Hotel in MachuPichu + The staff were like family and very accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend your next stay here. They were very helpful in so many way, that I wanted to stay another night. They kept my belongings secure, and even helped me carry my bag to the train station. Best wishes to the Staff and many fortunes.

Rodas Family + From our arrival in the Peru Rail, Alejandro was already waiting for us with our name. Nol y Valerio at the front desk help us right away with our room and just of that wasn’t enough we went to Machu Picchu park the next day and they took care of our luggage until we came back. I can’t really find the right word to describe how good this people are. Please stay with them if you are visiting Machu Picchu town.

Felt like home :) + Carlos at the front desk made me feel so comfortable and welcomed! He went above and beyond, someone was at the train station exit to help me with my bags. I even asked if they had cookies and Carlos had someone go buy some for me for my late-night tea that they offer complimentary. Would stay here again!

Friendly + Had a relaxing stay after hiking Salkantay and the staff was super helpful in figuring out onward transportation. Also recommended great restaurants. Breakfast was included, pretty basic options but it fueled us for going up to Machu Picchu.

Unique experience + This hotel was very unique. We stayed on the 3rd floor (no elevator but that wasn’t an issue for us). We had a room with 3 beds which was very convenient for our family. The hotel itself shows its age but it was only one night so we didn’t mind. Breakfast was good, they offered eggs, coffee, cheeses and breads. Our room was a river view (while not attractive due to pollution) it was nice to have the windows open and hear the rush of water to help you sleep. The shower was also spacious.

+ The staff was absolutely amazing. We needed some help finding our guide and a couple of computer issues and they were so kind and helpful. Answered every question. Thank you

+ The room we go was next to water stream. It was absolutely beautiful view. Though when we opened window noise from people walking on the road was coming. But still the experience was amazing. The location is convenient. Walking distance to all restaurants, local shopping and bus for Macchu Picchu. They even woke up really early and prepared breakfast for us. They even packed a brown bag lunch for all of us, one fruit and bread / muffin to take along.

+ I arrived late due to a mix-up with my train. I still paid for the reservation and kept the reservation. I notified the hotel ahead of time and confirmed my new arrival time with them. When I arrived, the receptionist refused to let me check in or have breakfast. As I tried to explain the situation again, he argued with me and tried to further prevent me from checking in. I was very disappointed by this interaction with the receptionist. The hotel and property were fine otherwise.

Good accommodation in a cute town + Good rooms with cute interior. Basic furnishings. Comfortable beds. Great home cooked breakfast. Very near to the main square. Abt 10 to 15 min walk to the archeological site in Ollantytambo. Excellent value for money. Recommend it to anyone looking clean, family friendly accommodations for a comfortable mix

+ The bathroom caulk around the bathroom was covered with black mold, that's an easy fix.

Nice cozy hotel, feel of the jungle-near Hot Spring + The staff was very attentive. They had a nice Peruvian breakfast spread. I love the open air style of the main room and the decor was very nice. They even suggested a few good restaurants that we are going to go back to the next time in Aguas Caliente/Machu Pichu- and Terrazas del Inca will be our return stay. Thank you very much, Terrazas!

+ Terrazas del Inca has very convenient location to the bus station to Machu Picchu and restaurants/shopping. Breakfast starts at 5:30am and freshly cooked which is very considerate for early hikers and tourists for early entrance time. Room is clean and comfy.
