Localização privilegiada, hotel de LUXO! + O hotel é lindíssimo e possui uma estrutura hoteleira maravilhosa! A localização é excelente, com vários restaurantes, bares e lojas próximos (ainda mais no trânsito caótico de Lima)! Além do café da manhã delicioso e o atendimento espetacular das pessoas por lá. − O wi-fi é ruim, fraco e como a TV é ligada no Wifi também, a imagem fica falhando e dando "delay" - em tempos de Copa do Mundo, isso é complexo! Outra coisa, o preço das coisas no bar, tomei 2 águas com gás e me custou R$ 75!!!

However, what truly stays with you long after you leave is the warmth of the staff. The way they care for their guests is absolutely exceptional. Additionally, I tried several of the hotel’s restaurants, and the food quality is outstanding. A wonderful experience!

Everything + It's quite good hotel. Nice room and in nice and safe location. Every staffs are so kind. Especially, Stefanie Rocillo, who is supporting my checkout. She is patient with my bad English and help me for the several things. Next time, 100% sure to be here again
