+ La habitación fue cómoda, amplia, limpia. La ubicación es buena, fácil para tomar taxi, metro, o aplicación. Muy cerca de la estación del Metro Virgen del Carmen. Cerca de la Cinta Costera.

+ The room was fine and the pool looked good − The reception staff checked us in and gave us two remotes for TV and AC, then sent us on our way. We had to ask for a room key which they forgotten to give us. Upon checking out, we were being picked up by a tour, only for the reception staff to not let us check out until we had returned the remotes which was not mentioned during the poor check in. Also no luggage storage.
