+ The room that I stayed in the mirror was cracked, under the sink had some black build up, the pillows were dirty, like sweat from other people. The side of the door to the room was missing a piece of wood. The toilet got clogged up. The toilets in the lobby were not the best but the staff were awesome, respectful & friendly.

+ Not bad Location if you plan on going to the Free Zone. Breakfast was exceptional for the 2 days I spent there, however the coffee isnt free good by Panamanian standards.

+ The Sand Diamond Hotel is a very nice facilities. Service and the staff were excellent. The breakfasts were outstanding, a daily new menu made it interesting and appetizing a mixtures of local and international cosine. My room had a leaky toilets bowl after the first sleepless night, was repaired, the next nightthe same after 2 sleepless nights i was transfed to another room. I was not happy!
