    Mooi hotel met een erg mooie ligging in Casco Viejo + Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ontbijt was ook prima. − Personeel aan de bar kunnen wat service gerichter zijn, zijn een beetje verlegen en weten niet goed hoe je te woord te staan lijkt het wel. De kamer aan de binnenkant van het hotel zijn erg gehorig, alles wat er gebeurt in de lobby van het hotel kun je horen, en dat begint sochtends om 6 uur al. Er is altijd wel rumoer te horen.
