A comfortable stay in a great location with excellent support from Ahmed Tariq. + The apartment was comfortable and in an excellent location, with all essential facilities nearby. Ahmed Tariq was extremely helpful, responsive, and always willing to assist whenever we needed support. − We experienced a few issues in the room during our stay. However, Ahmed Tariq resolved them promptly and made sure everything was taken care of

An amazing family holiday with excellent facilities, friendly staff, and exceptional service from Viktoria—our children + The aquapark, food, football ground, mini club, spa, children’s playground, and swimming pools were all excellent. Our children had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed every part of the resort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Viktoria Aygün, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Despite the hotel being fully booked, she understood our family’s situation and kindly arranged rooms close to each other. She was always willing to help whenever we needed assistance and did so with a smile. A heartfelt thank you to Viktoria Aygün for her outstanding customer service and professionalism. She made our holiday even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciate everything she did for our family. − Its bit outdated
