+ The service of the staff, during this time it was not as usual and were delays because there were more guests this time at the hotel. − There was a celebration for Indian festival at the hotel ballroom and the music and base was very loud until 3:00 am !!!!!! and it was not comfortable at all this time.

Comfortable stay + Staff courtesy. Rajesh at the Breakfast Buffet was especially courteous and helpful. TV channel selection was very good. Breakfast spread and preparation was good. − Pillows didn't match my requirement. Hot water kettle had issue.
