Friendly staff luxurious resort . Check the sea conditions and weather before you book as the sea can be choppy + Immaculate clean luxurious resort with really friendly staff . The best quality breakfast buffet compared to other 5star resorts. The villas are so comfortable. If you are able to swim depending on the weather and the sea conditions, the infinity pool is lovely and overlooks the private beach . An amazing organic farm in the resort which supplies the hotel and a fabulous lagoon − Expensive on- site restaurants so go to your town or mall to eat . The town centre is a taxi ride away so plan your visit depending on what you want from your stay - a luxurious break in the resort , or tourism to go into the mountains and a base to stay .

+ Отель неплохой, есть много плюсов, но и минусов хватает. Первое на что я бы хотела обратить внимание если вы планируете отпуск на июнь-сентябрь, то вы не сможете купаться, потому что приходят муссоны, здесь это называется сезон хариф, волны очень сильные, я читала про волны, но думала все равно удастся поплавать, нет! Поплавать не получится. По этой причине в отеле не было европейцев от слова совсем, в основном местные и народ со всех стран персидского залива, кто не любит жару. Моменты по сервису, могут вовремя не убраться, что то забыть принести, очень все неспешно(особенно заказ еды в номер), всякие мелочи типа перепутали заказ, вместо одного десерта принесли другой, для такого уровня отеля это недопустимо, заказывали трансфер из аэропорта отеля (25 риалов) водитель опоздал, нас никто не встречал с табличкой, с таким же успехом можно было взять такси за 10. Плюсы: неплохое питание, особенно понравился азиатский ресторан, есть детская комната с активностями, симпатичные виллы с ба…

+ The location and the comfortness of the pool villa were the most two things I liked in the hotel. In addition the receptionists Abdulrahman and Adan were friendly and helpful. Specific housekeepers were dedicated and they were attentive. Hassan and kamnan.. Thank you both. − The coffee machine in the room was not working, i haven't reported that to the hotel.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and our private pool villa was stunning — spacious, elegant, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. But what truly makes this hotel special is the people. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special thank you to Gabor at the front desk, who made us feel so welcomed and took such great care of us throughout our stay. Huge thanks as well to Chef Ali, who prepared one of the best dinners we had, and to the entire restaurant team for the amazing service. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always smiling, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Thank you also to Hussain for his great support and kindness. It was remembered + Breakfast Buffet contain a lot of different dishes , staff were very nice and conceder some days new collection quantity available all time − The Hotel entrance was narrow although the area is huge yet the entrance design in away it couldn't handle in the same time cars entering and exiting in the same time , to used one delay
