Very comfortable. + Well equipped, very clean. Serviced everyday with clean towels. Warm and cosy. Perfect for our stay while visiting relatives in Alexandra. − Nothing to dislike.

Warm welcome on a cold day + We were offered a larger room than the one booked as the motel was not full. The manager had the heating on in both units to welcome us - much appreciated on a cold day. There is a full, well equipped kitchen with dining table and a couch in the living room. Bed was comfy. Everything was spotlessly clean. − Bathroom was fine but very small.

Hidden gem in Alex + Rooms are lovely and big. I travel alot and like to cook.my own meals - the facilities here are excellent for this. Lots of utensils (which isn't common!) Bed was comfy And even nicer the heat pump had been turned on so the room was warm when I arrived. I would stay here again − N/A

+ Did not have a breakfast but the motel was easily the cleanest and tidiest we have experienced. We stayed in the midst of an exceedingly cold weather spell and the heat pump was on when we arrived at 7.30pm making for a warm and cosy unit. Very welcoming!

Good hosts in Alexandra + The room I had booked into had water issues not long after I arrived. My hosts promptly found me another room which was an upgrade with more space. I appreciated their quick response to the issue. The rooms very well decorated - love the Graham Sydney print. Very good kitchen facility. Could walk to the supermarket and close to where I was working. I dislike heat pumps so it was nice to have a small oil heater as well. Lots of power points which was helpful.

Convenient and super friendly staff + It’s convenient to most things. Lovely staff when we arrived and we were impressed by their offer to service daily which we haven’t come across outside of a hotel for some time. − It’s a bit dated in places and the temperature difference between the living space and the bathroom was stark at times but more it’s time of year for that.
