Average + The staff were very good and the place was clean − Considering it was self catering the only equipment you had was a microwave, kettle and toaster. It was luxury queen room, but it was small and there was only a desk to eat at and only one chair. I wouldn’t recommend it or stay again

− More towels especially when we booked a room with a spa . The shower was a let down the sealant around bath was coming away from the wall Fan in bathroom was very poor did not help with condensation The host was very lovely upon checking in

Good location, good accommodation, just fell short on communication. + Good location, clean. − No staff at reception upon arrival after 2pm, and no email the day before to advise us of this. After waiting around for 45 minutes I phoned, only to be told our key was in the key locker. A simple email to advise would have been nice.
