We were upgraded to a room with a washing machine for free so we are grateful but the parking let us down + That it had everything we needed − The bed was uncomfortable way too hard. The parking and having to pay wasn’t clear on the booking website but it was on the actual website. Parking should be free for paying customers it’s hard enough in Auckland city trying to find parking as it is but having to pay extra is crazy.

Great stayed multiple times and would stay again. Great value for money. + Great price, clean and tidy and comfortable bed. Stayed multiple times now and always good. Great customer service as well in person and via email. − Only one bathroom but we knew before arriving, and no washing machine.

+ Staff were very friendly and were very prompt in attending to our requests Good sized room on the 15th floor with comfortable beds and a big bathroom. − There was a full ashtray on the balcony that the cleaners hadn't emptied.

Okay + The location was amazing − There was a bad smell in the bathroom that lingered into the room. I don’t know how often the shower drains get cleaned but I didn’t want to go near that it was 🤮🤮

A very pleasant stay, I will definitely be back. + The staff were great, very friendly and professional. The room was a great size with decent facilities. − Certain aspects of the room were somewhat in need of repair or upgrade. The carpet in particular was a little old and worn with some damaged areas.
