+ Great place for family gatherings and fun. Staff were great at a room rearrangement that worked better for our extended family. − Kitchen not well equipped. One of the ensuite rooms is lovely and works well if you are with family but would be awkward if it wasnt family. Not sound proof.

+ Location is great. Central to everything, loved having the hot pools right on the doorstep and places for kids to play − Dirty dishes left in the cupboard. Cleaning was not great. Kitchen cloth was taken away when our room was cleaned and new one not supplied.

2 bedroom + Loved our 2 bedroom apartment was warm and clean and private . − Only thing I was disappointed about was there was no couch to relax on to watch TV at the end of busy day of adventures .

Meh. Not worth the hype. + It's pretty average accommodation. The kitchen was good. − The staff were terrible. The women at reception were not interested in providing good customer service at all. One was curled up on the seat at the counter strolling social media and the other was blunt and not welcoming at all. Not a great start checking in. Rooms were average and could do with a refresh.
