We loved the spacious accommodation, the ability to fish at the resort and the helpful staff. + We loved the location, the roomy and comfortable accommodation, helpful staff (especially the groundsman) and ability to fish at the resort. − There wasn’t an after-hours key drop-off available and the ‘territorial’ fishermen were quite intense.

+ The hot tub and gym were good. Room was comfortable and had most things we could want. − It was a bit far from town. The written information provided seemed to only favour club members and wasn't overly welcoming. Poi on reception was lovely though and very welcoming.

Beautiful stay. Great location. Amazing receptionist. Will definitely be returning here everytime we come to Rotorua + We loved everything. The apartment, staff and our favourite thing (the pool)

Это потрясающее место! Мы отдохнули и телом, и душой. Непременно вернемся сюда снова. + Хоть дома и не новые, они удивительно чистые. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Персонал даже любезно прогрел кондиционерами для нас дом, что было весьма кстати:) Классная терраса с обеденной зоной и к воды была идеальным дополнением нашего завтрака. Удобные кровати. Хороший напор воды. В общем, остались только положительные впечатления.

We came for my son's 21st and made everlasting memories from our stay at Ramada! + Staff were friendly, helpful and moved one of our units (we had booked 4 in total) closer so our whanau of 14 were next door to each other. Location was fabulous and view spectacular. The cafe/bar was a bonus with great kai and drinks! − The only issue was my bed was a bit hard, but there were no complaints from the rest of the family

Ok but could be better + Relaxing and quiet environment. Staff very nice. Kitchen well equipped. Washing machine helpful. Good for family. Gym good. − It wasnt clean enough. I had to rewash the dishes that were put away clean as they still had food on them. Even the lounge suite felt dirty to sit on with gross stains. I went to get a blanket out to put over the couch so it would feel cleaner but couldn't use it as it smelt bad.
