Gute Unterkunft in Flughafen nähe. + Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit super Ausstattung − Das Personal war demotiviert und ging nicht gross auf Fragen ein. Frühstück war super jedoch war bei unserem Besuch eine grosse Reisegruppe sowie eine Skischule vor Ort und der ganze Raum war völlig überloffen. Ein Konzept für ein gestaffeltes Frühstück bei solchen Buchungen wäre für so grosse Gruppen mehr als nur von Vorteil.

Im ganzen eher enttäuschend. + Unterkunft an sich gut und gepflegt, Lage passt. − Service lässt zu wünschen übrig und Komplott auch. Zimmer waren nicht vorbereitet auf Nachfrage hieß es es wird gleich gemacht nach 1,5 std warten und erneutem Nachfragen wurde mir an der Rezeption einfach das Bettzeug und Handtücher mitgegeben. Allgemein hat der Komfort und Service sehr nachgelassen.

komfort i dobre śniadania. Problem to parking, o którym hotel powinien informować przed rezerwacją + śniadanie super, lokalizacja dobra,. − ceny za parking są absurdalnie wysokie. Przynajmniej ze względu na lokalizację parkingu daleko od hotelu oraz brak alternatywnych opcji parkingowych, hotel powinien dla swoich gości oferować ulgowe , niższe ceny parkingu. Gdybym wiedział, że ceny są tak wysokie i nie ma alternatyw - nigdy nie wynająłbym na lotnisku w Oslo samochodu. To jest bardzo zła praktyka hotelu, nieprzyjazna dla klientów.
