Overall would stay again, location is perfect and staff are nice which are the main points + Amazing location and nice staff. Nice beds. Aircon works fine. Quiet at night as we were to the back. − No lift (as expected) and had to ask to swap some sheets on arrival as they had stains. Also we asked no room service but they changed anyway. Had to complain on that point and they were apologetic over the mistake

Très agréable mais bruyant + La machine à café était un vrai plus, la chambre et la douche étaient confortables, l'emplacement idéal. − Le seul bémol... Le simple vitrage... Le bruit incessant de la route se fait entendre, dommage.

Experiência en hotel Manofa + La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro y justo al lado de la estación central. Me ha encantado. El personal, superamable y siempre ayudando. Me encantó el cafecito todas las mañanas. En relación calidad-precio, genial. Me encantó todo. Las camas eran cómodas, todo perfecto. − El baño: al ducharme, el agua salía por todos lados y formaba una piscina. Todo mojado, y no tenía toallas ni fregona para limpiar. Tenía que esperar al día siguiente a que pasara el servicio de habitación a limpiar o a que secara todo.

+ Öncelikle konumu çok merkezi, çay kahve makinasından içecek ikramını beğendik. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü ve temizlik konusunda da odamız her gün temizlendi. Balkondan sokak seyiri yapmayı sevdik. − Wifinin sürekli kesilmesi ve çekmemesi kötü oldu. Umarım bu problemi çözerler.

Hotel in zentraler Lage, aber nur für kurzfristigen Aufenthalt + Toller Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof, eigene Dusche und Klo − Zimmer sehr hellhörig, steile Treppen (das scheint aber in der Niederlanden so üblich zu sein), kleines Zimmer

Ubicación excepcional + La ubicación del hotel es EXCEPCIONAL en la avenida principal de Ámsterdam y a solo 5 minutos de la estación Central. Tiene recepción las 24 horas y el personal es muy amable. − Todo estuvo perfecto, solo que me toco el día que dejaba mi habitación que al parecer se fue la luz en toda la cuadra. Me tuve que bañar con la luz de mi celular pues mi habitación no tenia ventana al exterior.

Unsafe hotel with extremely abusive, hostile, and harassing staff." + N/A − The night receptionist/manager was extremely hostile and aggressive. When I asked for standard service, he insulted me, called my words 'bullshit', and subjected me to severe verbal abuse and explicit sexual harassment, telling me to 'suck his d*'. I felt deeply unsafe and violated. The hotel completely fails to provide customer safety.

Hôtel bien placé : on peut tout faire à pied, et proche de la gare : précieux. + Emplacement de l'hôtel et personnel de l'accueil disponible et sympathique. − La fenêtre ne pouvait pas de fermer...Je dormais avec des boules Quies, heureusement... Pas très pratique de ne pas pouvoir prendre le pt déjeuner sur place : le café était offert : très bien, pas très grand le double, et il fallait le compléter à l'extérieur. Un peu dommage, même si je comprends que la configuration de l'hôtel ne le permettait pas. ..
