Prima met fantastisch uitzicht + Het uitzicht − De kamers zijn heel slecht verlicht

perfect voor een citytrip naar Amsterdam, zonder direct in de drukte te zitten + locatie is top, mooie kamers, mooi uitzicht, vriendelijk personeel , makkelijk bereikbaar − badkamer,: echt een minpuntje wat de beoordeling minder maakt anders een dikke 9 gescoord. Maar de douche van kamer 804 kan echt niet, die moet vervangen worden.

Highly recommended + We were happy with our stay :) Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, and stunning views from the 5th floor! Great location close to the free ferry. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the hotel cookies were delicious - we’d love to get the recipe! :)

niet geweldig gezien het bovenstaande + de hotelkamer was schoon − slechte ontvangst, zeer ongastvrij, na het ontbijt had kwam ik onaangekondigd een klusjesman in mijn hotelkamer tegen terwijl al mijn waardevolle spullen er lagen. Zeer vreemd dat personeel zonder overleg ineens in mijn hotelkamer rond liep, dat heb ik nog nooit eerder bij een hotelovernachting meegemaakt. ik voelde mij zeer onveilig hierbij omdat er dus altijd iemand de hotelkamer kan in komen met een sleutel, zeer ongebruikelijk !

Leuke locatie prima als uitvalsbasis voor de stad + Goede locatie. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed. − We hadden 2 kamers. Wij hadden alleen grote badhanddoeken en verder niets. De andere kamer had grote en kleine badhanddoeken en badjassen. Tevens was 1 van de grote badhanddoeken erg vies ! En wij waren niet de enige die maar beperkt /te weinig handdoeken had.
