Muy agradable, bien, comunicado y buena relación calidad precio + Mucho − La puerta del baño. La parte velada debería llegar hasta el suelo.

+ La habitación era grande y disponía de todo lo necesario en la cocina. − Aunque teníamos programada la limpieza de la habitación, esta no se realizó. Tuvimos que reclamar en recepción para que finalmente la limpiaran al día siguiente. Nos intentaron cobrar un día de parking que nunca utilizamos, debido a un error de un recepcionista que lo había anotado incorrectamente. Tuvimos que insistir bastante para conseguir que eliminaran el cargo. Al preguntar por aparcamiento gratuito en los alrededores, ninguno de los recepcionistas supo indicarnos que hay una calle con parking gratuito justo al lado del hotel. Resulta sorprendente que el propio personal desconozca esta opción. Me parece excesivo que el cambio de toallas gratuito esté limitado a estancias superiores a 7 noches. Por último, considero que el alojamiento es bastante caro para el servicio ofrecido, especialmente teniendo en cuenta todos los inconvenientes anteriores.

Na krátký pobyt je to OK. Na dlouhodobý bych nebyl spokojený. + Prostorný apartmán, pohodlná postel − Chyběla např. druhá barová židle. Jedna přidělená zase vypadala úplně nechutně špinavě. Celkově vše v apartmánu je dost staré.

Bad service − Very bad service, and not suitable for families specialy with small children. Most Reception staff treated us very poorly and disrespectfully. And always ignore our requests which needs to re-ask them again to react.

− Most Hotel staff always use inappropriate language and are completely uncooperative. They don't care and answer our requests directly, which we should ask for a service twice. I certainly won't be coming back to this hotel in futurr. I really don't recpmend this for families.
