+ Staff was very profession. Excellent quality of room. The hotel is located in a busy neighborhood that can be overwhelming for first time visitors, and I felt very secure and safe. The prices for tours and other services though are extremely high and not at all in line with the local cost of living, and would be high for other nations as well.

Good enough + Good enough hotel but certainly not five star. As long as you go there knowing then you shouldn’t be disappointed.

+ This is NOT a 5 star hotel. Breakfast OK, but no service except to clean and a guy at the front to demand room #. WiFi OK. Bathroom outdated with only a hand shower in the tub. Gym was lame.

good hotel + good location. good helpful staff, nice breakfast , large rooms, attentive housekeeping. money worth .but I have suggestion for improvements - there is kitchen but no kitchen ware or utensils.

Comfortable home from home + A good stay as usual at this property. Spacious clean rooms with everything working. Good breakfast service with attentive English speaking staff. Good location next to the mall. Great sculptures in the foyer and bar areas.

+ This place advertises itself as a 5 star hotel. I'd struggle to call it a 2 star. The staff didn't care. The rooms are tired looking. The crowd in the bar was out of control and yelling abuse at management who did nothing. And the location is very unsafe beyond 2 short blocks. Guys hovering in dark doorways and the red light district right there. Don't visit

+ I was very disappointed with this stay. The agent checking us in was obviously drunk and could barely communicate at all. The towels were stained and had holes in them. The AC was working. But what was most disturbing was while sleeping my door was opened and someone tried to enter my room.

Not the best place to stay + The hotel reception and bar staff are excellent. However the restaurant is appalling. The quality of the food is poor. There is very little vegetarian options, except for boiled veg. If you arrive at breakfast past 7:30am, there is hardly any food left and the staff do not replenish the plates. Even the coffee pot is not refilled! The staff try their best and are very helpful, but unfortunately it is not worth the money. There are better and cheaper places to stay in Maputo
