Uma estadia agradavel, e recomendavel para quem quer unir conforto a tranquilidade. + O pequeno almoco super recheado, envolvendo uma diversidade de alimentos correspondendo ao regime alimentar saudavel. − Poderiam alargar o periodo do pequeno-almoco para 10h. Infelizmente, desta vez tive o azar de estar em um andar e ao lado de um quarto em que se reuniram mais de 4 pessoas ate altas horas fazendo festa de bebida e rizadas que me tiraram o sono. apesar disso, valeu a pronta intervencao da gerencia. Sugiro que se encontre um modo de deixar claro aos hospedes que e proibido fazer reunioes em quartos.

Badly managed hotel, with a star on reception called Nilza + Room was essentially ok and the staff were generally nice. Nilza at reception particularly helpful. − It’s not a well managed hotel. Various things didn’t work in the room, WiFi coverage intermittent and room service a complete joke - I can’t be bothered to go into the detail but I waited 1.5 hours for a cheeseburger which never did arrive. Also crazy for a business type of hotel laundry service is send by 10am one day and don’t get it back until the next morning. Overall badly managed and I’d stay at the Raddison Blu again next time which is vastly superior. I can’t remember the last time I rated a hotel lower than 5 and I’d rate it a 1 if Nilza hadn’t been so good!

Uma ótima opção + O hotel é bastante confortável, sem ser de luxo. Tem restaurante, piscina e um bar no terraço superior que facilitam muito a estadia. O café da manhã tem muitas opções. Está perto de supermercado, restaurantes, banco e farmácias e a poucos minutos a pé da Baixa (Centro) de Maputo. Como um hotel executivo, é uma ótima opção. A equipe é muito atenciosa e simpática. − O hotel atendeu minhas expectativas.
