Mixology Class - Sipping Club + Mixology class was great fun with Santiago and David. I'd recommend doing the Sipping Club when in the hotel

Family dinner + We had a lovely family dinner here. We were looked after richardo s and his team. He was very attentive, caring and made looked after the whole family. He made us a very special flambe banana dessert absolutely delicious.

Wonderful experience! + Darwin and Reyes were absolutely amazing during our 6 night stay. They took care of our every need and did it with a smile the entire time. We are so grateful for their hospitality and smiles! We are not used to this treatment in the US- the Hilton is lucky to have them. I must add that every single staff member in the Enclave section was wonderful and treated us well! We are certainly grateful for their service and their smiles!

Amazing staff members + Wow! I am blown away not just by how beautiful the resort is but the amazing service and care we received. I have to give all my favorite employees a shout out because of how awesome they were to us. Reyes, Orlando, Irving, Itxel in the Chala Sky bar for enclave members went above and beyond to service us and make sure we felt special! I can’t believe they remembered our names, food orders and drink orders every day!! Downstairs in the enclave lounge area Flores and Uriel were also equally as amazing! The special attention and just how they remembered us every day and were so kind was so heartwarming. I would come back just to see all these employees again! Their talent for mixology too was great!

Amazing time w/ Amazing people!! + Everything was amazing at this place. From the food to the front desk and especially the bar, where I spent most my time!! Shout out to Santiago, Andres, JC,Rita,Jose,Ivan at the bar!! Carlos, server in the itialian restaurant, the hostess with glasses at the fusion restaurant that always remembered my name that also helped me with my reservations!! The front desk also!! Such an amazing staff!! God bless you all! Thank you soo much.

Best Service + Reyes is the best server at the pool. We met him on our first day and he continued to take wonderful care of us the entire week. He made a point to get to know us and made sure we had the best care! He is a wonderful person just to chat with as well. I would definitely ask for Reyes if you visit this resort!

Adrian at Hilton Mar Caribe + Adrian is amazing. First he taught Boot Camp, which was excellent. He set the room up, explained all of the exercises. Encourage us while we were working out, kept time well. And pushed us to be better. Then an hour later he taught aqua aerobics. He set all the equipment up in the pool, and taught an amazing aqua aerobics class. Would definitely recommend taking any of his classes.

5⭐ The best all-inclusive we've stayed at in Mexico! + We’ve just had the most amazing two weeks at Hilton Mar Caribe, and without a doubt it’s the best all-inclusive hotel we’ve stayed at in Mexico. We were a family of 8, ranging from 5 to 80 years old, and every single one of us had the best time. The staff work tirelessly to make your stay feel luxurious and relaxing, and from the moment we arrived we felt completely at home. The hotel itself is beautiful. The décor is stunning, and we had a large sea-view room with a spacious balcony and a gorgeous bathroom with a huge freestanding bath. The only small thing that could have been explained better at check-in is the QR code on the hotel wristband. We initially thought we needed the app, which we struggled to set up with our booking number, so it would have been helpful if someone had pointed out that the QR code gives you access to the daily schedule. Returning guests... Jarlin was amazing! + This was pur second time back to Hilton Mar Caribe and it didnt disappoint! There was something to do every night, multiple activities throughout the day or children and adults. If you have picky eaters, dietary restrictions or severe allergies, this is the place to go with complete peace of mind. Jarlin was absolutely exceptional. He made our entire family feel welcomed, taken care of and ensured we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions to make sure none of the kiddos felt left out.
