The character interaction was awesome make sure to give the staff your phone so they can make a cool video and take good pics. The rooms and pools were nice and comfortable room service was easy to do thru the app and liked that there was 2 bathrooms and acs − Didn't like in the beginning the staff didn't communicate with us about our room being ready we were there since 7am and couldn't check in untill 4 which is understandable but they said they would get ahold of us when it was ready come to find out our room had been ready for awile and nobody told us so that just rubbed me the wrong way given we were tired and we hadn't really slept or rested for over 24hrs since we had an overnight flight. All-inclusive que não está tudo incluso - cuidado + A concierge que nos atendeu Olímpia foi impecável , e melhorou muito nossa primeira impressão que foi muito ruim (não por culpa dela, mas por política do hotel). Ainda, O entretenimento para crianças era realmente bom. Podia haver recreacionista para ficar com elas, como acontecem em outros hoteis de preço similar . Mas de regra o hotel é voltado para entrenimento infantil, e cumpre esse finalidade − O “all-inclsuive” é cheio de armadilhas, e o almoço é franco, ambiente quente , e lhe deixam esperando até quando não está cheio . As principais fotos que nos chamaram atenção para reservar o hotel não estavam inclusas, e logicamente isso não fica evidente antes da reserva . Por exemplo , jantar com as tartarugas ninjas , bolo de aniversário , e até locais nas refeições com “telas” no café da manhã. E estes “extras” são absurdamente altos no custo ! + Eu gostei do quarto por ser amplo ter dois banheiros, dos funcionários. − Pelo valor cobrado, a experiência no hotel deixou bastante a desejar. O ponto mais grave é a segurança: a varanda da área da piscina não possui proteção adequada, havendo um espaço por onde uma pessoa passa facilmente, o que representa um risco gravíssimo de queda fatal. A gastronomia também decepcionou. Apesar da variedade, a preparação é fraca. Os doces, por exemplo, eram praticamente feitos do mesmo chantilly gorduroso e de péssima qualidade, mudando apenas a cor e o formato. Para piorar a higiene, havia moscas sobre as carnes, pois a comida ficava exposta sem proteção. Na chegada, fomos surpreendidos por cobranças e exigências sem aviso prévio. Tentaram cobrar uma "taxa de conservação" de US$ 8 que não havia sido explicada antes (e que recusei pagar por ser abusiva). Além disso, mesmo com tudo já pago com antecedência, exigiram um caução absurdo de US$ 500 no check-in. Só me liberaram após eu insi…

El Nick Park es una alegría para los niños y una experiencia feliz en familia pero se siente demasiado el concepto de me + Nos encantaron los toboganes de Nick Park, la amabilidad de los funcionários, el show nocturno y la hermosa decoración de los espacios. − La mala calidad de los alimentos, los precios exagerados de los servicios extra y de todos los productos de las tiendas. Por suerte leímos comentarios antes y aprovechamos la oportunidad para reforzar a nuestros hijos de 4 y 8 años el concepto de consumo consciente y de que no deben pagar 5x más por algo — así que iban preparados para no comprar nada y nos ahorramos la frustración en la tienda — la cual, estratégicamente, es obligatorio cruzarla para entrar al parque. Pero lo que más nos impactó negativamente fue que nos invitaron a participar en una actividad en Nick Park, entre padres y hijos, y no pudimos jugar por no tener Instagram.
