Staff no good enough for luxury stay. Amenities must be separated for adults! + Quality food and restaurants, specially Muna restaurant and M Bar − Staff is not trained well for luxury stay. Way too many kids and babies at the property. Main pool must be dedicated to Adults. It’s not luxury resort when babies in diapers are in the pool!

He was attentive, proactive, and always one step ahead, making every reservation and request effortless. Nobu Cabos is the BEST! + Best Birthday trip with my daughter at Nobu! Let me start by saying my daughter and her husband are Prive members with Nobu in Cabos and we therefore stayed at the Residences. Upon arrival we were greeted by Salvador and he was amazing! Salvador was there for our every need from booking activities, making dinner reservations and our every need. He is the greatest. Everyone and everything about Nobu was excellent.

We spent multiple days here and did not have a single issue, not one, across every single interaction: the spa, kids club, dining, poolside service. After 15 years in hospitality myself, I don’t say this lightly - The staff’s warmth and professionalism was some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world!! Avoid + Went for 5 days in July. Wind was so bad that we could not sit outside by the pool. 84 degrees in some parts of the island and effectively 60 with wind chill at the resort. The pool was cold, borderline unswimmable. We left after a day, booking another resort, which was great. The location is also highly isolated. Would not recommend at all -- even if sunny, there are better spots.

9.9/10 + We had an amazing stay at the Nobu Hotel! What we loved: The property is gorgeous. If you’re looking for a more secluded experience then Cabo San Lucas is for you. Tons of space! Blown away by the service - everyone was so nice, welcoming and extremely attentive. Their processes are very smooth and we didn’t have to worry about any of the excursion bookings we made, transportation or whenever you needed a single thing on property - just send a message or show up, and it’s all taken care of for you on time! Multiple pools which is really great especially since you cannot swim in the ocean in this area. The spa is incredible and we experienced the best massages we’ve ever had. I have never been so relaxed! Steam room, sauna, jet pool, hot tub, cold plunge and ice room were all really nice amenities. You can spend a few hours or even a full day in here! Amazing Stay, Beautiful Property & Even Better Service! + We had the best time at Nobu and really enjoyed our stay from beginning to end! The property is beautiful, the views are incredible, and I loved having several pools to choose from depending on what kind of vibe we wanted that day. Another big highlight was all of the dining options. There are several restaurants with different cuisines, so we never felt like we were eating the same thing over and over again. There is truly so much to do and enjoy right on the property. I also have to shout out Salvador and Senen. They were amazing throughout our entire stay! They were always quick to respond, helped us with our reservations, and made sure everything was taken care of. Having them there made our trip so much easier and even more enjoyable. Beautiful property, great food, amazing views, and even better service. We had such a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Modern elegance + Absolutely gorgeous. Aesthetically simple and minimalist yet modern and clean. Stunning. The rooms were beautiful especially the shower/tub. Like a spa! Large pools, comfy loungers with umbrellas, truly high end. Drinks were great, food was delicious. The property is big so expect to walk! − Beach isn’t usable at all. But we didn’t even miss it.
