Not worth the $$$ and property should be known as a 3 star all inclusive resort. A Disappointment! + I liked the location on the beach facing the arched rocks. − Outdated decor, very plain boring design concept,,activities were limited throughout the day for Cabo and at an adult all-inclusive resort, jungle party, and all 4 themed parties were held at sister resort, restaurants on property served mediocre food which was not at a level of a 5 star or 4 star all inclusive, ripped seat cushions throughoutthe resort and lounge chairs were covered in bird poop,, swim up bar not large to accommodate many people, and waiters weren't always around to provide drinks we we were at the big pools overlookingthe ocean, bartenders at drink up bars were limited to what they could make although cocktails requested were listed on cocktail board next to swim up bar. I would not return to Riu in Cabo San Lucas and would not recommend it! Did I mention, it lacked night entertainment and night shows were…

It was good except for the room service + The room − How you get treated unfairly without an elite room my room service consist of salad and sandwiches the elite room had everything I couldn’t even get sausage for breakfast only boiled eggs they need to change the unfairly menu on the room service

+ Salma was the staff member to check me in. She was sweet, informative, and welcoming she was just great. Casandra was a lady that helped me decorate my cousin's room for their 25th anniversary. The food was great, the staff was very nice. I recommend elite suites, beautiful view and top shelf drinks.. − My toilet wasn't working and my ride was unable to drive to the hotel to pick me up. I had to walk to the street. Unless you get a ride through the hotel then you'll be fine. But I had already paid for booking.com to give me a drop off and pick up and it was a bit of an inconvenience for the pickup.

Great + The view is amazing and they have some good food − Any time house keeping came to clean my room my sheets wasn’t changed sheets had ketchup on them and housekeeping wouldn’t just fix the bed instead of changing the sheets

Delightful stay! + I loved the location and the hotel was delightful! Also, loved that we had access to the sister hotels next door and all the additional amenities and activities. The Elite package was also a wonderful addition to our trip. I would suggest taking advantage and book it on special occasions if you want to feel like royalty! − The only thing I would say that needs to be improved is the rules followed by staff regarding dress code. My partner and I had reservations at the elite restaurant and upon arrival he was told he had to change his shoes and come back. We followed the rules and went in upon entering we notice many other people not dressed according to the policy. My Husband was pretty upset we mentioned to the manager and she apologize tremendously but the bad night continued we ended being served the wrong food and the manager begged for us not to say anything. We explained that she needs to reinforce the policy for each customer to better follow the rules and mak…
