One of my best stays ever + The front office staff Jane was exceptional! She works with enthusiasm and passion and always has a big genuine smile to make our stay feels very special. She looked into every details of our stay and never failed to impress us with her genuine care, professionalism and going above and beyond to meet our needs. She has made this stay one of the most memorable and enjoyable in the many cities we have experienced! So well done Crown Plaza, Jane is a gem! − Nothing , everything was perfect!

Although the room rate is a bit expensive, I will stilstay at this hotel in my next visit to Macau. + The headheld shower head is not working. After talking to the housekeeping co-worker on day 2 morning before I left the hotel, she had it fixed before I came back to hotel. Highly appreciated. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. − It's very difficult to setup the room temperature. Hope there is a simply instruction.
