+ חדרים מרווחים ומעוצבים להפליא. ארוחת בוקר מפנקת - אפשר להזמין מהתפריט מה שרוצים כמה שרוצים. המלון מקסים ווממוקם במרכז המדרחוב של סינטיציה (ואפשר לומר שהוא גם מרכז העניינים של המדרחוב הזה) הצוות שירותי ונותן מענה לכל בקשה − אין חניה של המלון. יש מגרש חניה במרחק של 2 דקות הליכה. אבל לפעמים הוא עמוס... והשירות חדרים - לא ממש עד הסוף בתודעת שירות... זה בפרטים הקטנים:לא היה חידוש של סבונים/שמפו שנגמר (כמובן שאם מבקשים מקבלים עוד). כוסות שהשתמשנו בהם לא נשטפו, יש מכונת קפה כוסות והכל אבל אין כפיות....

+ Tolle Lage und erstklassige Personal an der Rezeption − Teilweise etwas schlicht gereinigt und manche Bedienungen könnten etwas freundlicher schauen obwohl alles zufriedenstellend erledigt wurde und ein Kellner herausragend freundlich alles wieder geglättet hat

זאת חוויה שונה ממה שהכרנו במלונות. העדר מעלית וחניה קרובה היו אתגרים לא פשוטים. בייחוד עם ציוד רב ותינוקת. צוות המלון מא + מיקום בככר מרכזית. יש אתגר עם חניה וכנראה תצטרכו לסחוב קצת את המזוודות אבל היא ללא עלות. הליכה של סביבות 200 מטר. אין מעלית אבל הצוות מאוד מוכן לכך ולמרות שהיינו בקומה האחרונה (3) עם הרבה ציוד תמיד היה מוכן לסייע לנו ללא בקשת תמורה. היינו שם שני לילות וארוחת בוקר ביום הראשון היתה טעימה, התייחסו לרגישויות והוגשה מהר. ביום השני אפרט בהמשך. הזמנו גם ארוחת ערב לחדר. היתה מאוד טעימה ואיכותית והצוות הביא אותה עד החדר. בכלל, הצוות תמיד עונה עם חיוך וגם אם יש מגבלות שפה, הוא מתאמץ לפתור אותן. מקלחת איכותית גם אם זרם המים היה קצת חלש כנראה כי היינו בקומה האחרונה. ביום האחרון שלנו שהיה לנו הכי הרבה ציוד היו מאוד מתחשבים וכל הצוות התגייס לסייע לנו להביא אותו לרכב. − למרות התגייסות הצוות קומה 3 ללא מעלית עדיין היתה מאתגרת בייחוד עם ילדה קטנה ועגלה. שימו לב. ביום השני ארוחת הבוקר היתה חוויה ממש שונה מהיום הראשון. פריטים נשכחו, לקח הרבה זמן, היו בעיות רבות. כשהצגנו אותן לאחת ה…

+ The best hotel I stayed in during the trip to Montenegro, in the charming city center and yet calm enough with good phonic insulation. The staff is great (helped me a lot with taxis) and the room very comfortable. Every point of interest is a short walk away. − nothing

Hôtel classe, propre et pratique pour un court séjour + Le standing de l'hôtel est très bien, le parking pris en charge et le petit déjeuner était copieux et inclus dans ma nuitée. La climatisation allumé pour que l'on soit au frais en arrivant. Hôtel central directement sur la place avec un très beau restaurant qui dispose aussi d'un côté snack. − Certains équipements mériteraient une révision ; le porte papier toilette n'était pas fixé au mur correctement, le sèche serviette fuyait. Seul bémo, en étant au 1er étage chambre 101, nous avions directement tous les bruits remontant de la cuisine et du bas. Nous aurions préféré une chambre plus en hauteur pour plus de calme
