Nous reviendrons avec plaisir + Le personnel du Riad a été EXCEPTIONNEL, ils ont tous été au petit soin dès notre arrivée jusqu’au départ, et nous ont donnés de très bons conseils pour notre séjour à Marrakech. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon. Le Riad est très bien situé et très propre. Les chambres sont bien équipées avec un mini frigo, une climatisation, un sèche cheveux, placard etc…

Super séjour en pleine médina + Un accueil exceptionnel, le personnel est charmant tant a la réception qu au niveau du bar restaurant. Notre séjour en suite familiale pour 3 était top : literie top, espace chambre très grand. Tout est très raffiné Le plus le jacuzzi sur la terrasse. Petit déjeuner délicieux. A 2 pas de jemaa el fna dans un écrin de calme. − Tout était parfait! Nous aurions aimé rester une nuit de plus mais c était complet... nous reviendrons!

Magnifique séjour que ce soit les employés et les propriétaires vraiment tout a été au top. Tout a été mise en fonction + Tout a été impeccable du début à la fin le personnel très chaleureux. Vraiment très gentil accueillant serviable, j’ai passé un excellent séjour, je reviendrai.

!!!!!!!! Un lugar magico y como estar en casa!!!!! + A mi y mi familia nos gusto todo en realidad, la ubicación, la comida, el personal, su trato, las instalaciones, la experiencia en general de estar dentro de la Medina. Quisiéramos agradecer el trato, principalmente a Khadiya, Samod, Fettah, Nourdim, Abdelashimam (espero haber escrito bien los nombres), que fueron super amables, muy atentos y muy amigables, nos trataron super bien a mi esposa e hijo!!!!! Hicieron que un viaje de este tipo y a una cultura totalmente diferente nos facilitara la estancia. Valio la pena el viaje tan largo desde México hasta este grandioso RIAD. Felicidades a todo el personal, lograron que se nos quede un recuerdo mágico del Riad Al Rimal & Spa. − Todo fue excelente.

Beau propre bien placé + L’emplacement est idéal La deco est superbe et c’est super propre Petit déjeuner sympa spéciale dédicace au Fath pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme − La piscine pas propre et comme il y avait des travaux proche pas agréable d’y être . Ensuite la création d’un restau sur la terrasse dénature le site un peu.

+ L hôtel est proche de tout et le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et large choix. − Ils faisaient des travaux pendant notre séjour et commençaient parfois dès 9h du matin et cela durait. Du coup se rendre a la piscine était impossible car on entendait le bruit non stop et cela était désagréable et impossible de se reposer du coup. J aurais aimé que cela soit stipulé lors de ma réservation ( 2 jours sur les 4)
